Leading With Intention

A New Season of Vision and Growth

A Message From Dr. Allen Lycka

Dear Fantastic Professionals,

As we enter a new season of growth and possibility, I’m reminded of the extraordinary talent within this organization. Each member brings brilliance, purpose, and a drive to make the world better. The IOFP remains committed to amplifying your voice, expanding your reach, and helping you build the legacy you’re meant to create. Thank you for being part of this global movement.

No leader rises by accident. The ones who create meaningful impact share two essential qualities: clarity of vision and intentional action.

Clarity of vision is the anchor. It’s the ability to articulate what you truly want beyond expectations, beyond noise, and beyond limitation. Leaders with vision don’t drift; they design. They make decisions from purpose rather than pressure, and they align their work with a future they’ve consciously chosen.

Intentional action is the engine. It’s the practice of moving forward with focus, consistency, and alignment. Not rushed. Not reactive. But deliberate. Every step, large or small, strengthens momentum and reinforces the direction they’ve set.

Together, these two qualities create a powerful trajectory:

When you know your vision and act with intention, progress becomes inevitable.

In this issue, we spotlight a leader who embodies these principles in her work and in her mission: someone dedicated to helping others build lives they love through clarity, alignment, and purposeful action.

Member Spotlight: Kristina Smith

In this edition, the International Order of Fantastic Professionals shines the light on Kristina Smith, whose work at Dreams Accomplished is all about helping people design, believe in, and live their most fulfilling lives.

Why Kristina Matters to IOFP

Kristina is a Certified DreamBuilder Coach (through the Brave Thinking Institute) with a deeply rooted mission: to help individuals break through their personal and professional barriers and create a life they truly love. Her work is grounded in powerful success principles and designed to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum.

Kristina’s Approach:
  • Vision + Purpose: Kristina encourages her clients to ask themselves, “What would I love?” rather than settling for what’s merely possible.

  • Ease + Momentum: She emphasizes that transformation doesn’t always require struggle. With the right structure and mindset, profound change can be easier.

  • Holistic Fulfillment: Her coaching aligns day-to-day habits, mindset, and long-term goals so that success feels balanced across work, relationships, health, and more

Why You Should Connect with Kristina (As IOFP Members)
  • Kristina’s coaching and speaking can help IOFP members break through common professional and personal plateaus.

  • Her free guide is a practical tool for members looking to improve daily performance and well-being.

  • Her blog provides ongoing inspiration, a resource to revisit when you need a mindset reset or motivation boost.

Kristina’s approach of combining deep inner work with strategic action aligns beautifully with the IOFP’s mission to empower high-achieving professionals. We’re honored to have her in our community and excited about how her work can support more of our members.

Hurdles Leaders Must Rise Above

Every leader faces moments that test clarity, confidence, and direction. The difference isn’t who encounters obstacles: it’s who transforms them.

This month’s featured member, Kristina Smith, reminds us that the biggest hurdles are often internal: old beliefs, limiting patterns, and fear of stepping into full visibility. Her work shows that when leaders shift their mindset, align with their vision, and take intentional action, obstacles become catalysts.

At IOFP, we echo her philosophy:

  • Leadership isn’t about avoiding challenges; it’s about designing a life and path you love and moving through each hurdle with purpose.

What’s Next

Each upcoming issue will feature IOFP professionals who redefine relevance by crafting it deliberately. Progress isn’t about how fast you move. It’s about the strength of your trajectory.

A Question for You

As you reflect on this month’s insights—clarity of vision, intentional action, and the courage to rise above internal hurdles—consider this:

What is one shift you can make this week that brings you closer to the life and leadership you truly want?

It doesn’t have to be big.
It doesn’t have to be dramatic.
It just has to be intentional.

Because every great trajectory begins with one aligned step. We invite you to carry this question with you into the weeks ahead, and as always, the IOFP is here to support you on the journey.
