Meet Dr. Allen Lycka, founder and CEO of the International Order of Fantastic Professionals, who leveraged IOFP’s unique platform to expand their reach beyond borders.

Tami McCalla is on a thrilling adventure as the Director of Operations for the International Order of Fantastic Professionals (IOFP). Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to harness her strengths, from orchestrating high-profile guest appearances on radio shows to collaborating with top-notch vendors and a stellar support staff.

As a visionary at the helm of Mitch Cammidge Coaching, the World Wide Entrepreneur Academy, and BrewBeard Coaching, the IOFP Director of Business Services has redefined what it means to lead with purpose and impact.

Lynette Hoy is Director of Public Relations. A seasoned and dynamic public relations expert, Lynette has worked in corporate America and entrepreneurial ventures for three decades. Throughout her career, Lynette has partnered with industry giants such as Warner Bros., the American Heart Association and the National Institutes of Health.

Robert Buckland is the Director of Print Services for IOFP. He founded The Business of Words in 1996, an Ontario-based language and communications firm engaged for three years by Random House (Canada) to undertake writing and editing assignments. In 2004 he founded Kingston, Ontario-based EnCompass Editions, an independent publisher and distributor of fiction and non-fiction titles.

Paul Hoy is the Director of IT and an accomplished information technology professional with over four decades of experience in various capacities within the IT industry. His expertise ranges from managing large-scale server infrastructures to leading his own company, which provides marketing and IT solutions to clients globally.
